The projects represent 42% of final year assessment; students work individually and are supervised by academics from our department. Projects can be experimental, theoretical, computational or design related. Students can choose their project from a list a suggested projects (usually related to the research of their respective supervisors), or they can propose their own, if they have an idea they wish to develop.
At the end of the academic year, their work is presented in a seminar and displayed in a public poster session. Read more about a few recent projects:
